  • Support existing customers on social media and reputation monitoring platforms
  • Interact with clients and understand how they are using our software
  • Create and maintain product training material
  • Coordinate usability testing across multiple teams
  • Run QA on client issues and development team updates
  • Manage the analysis and research of market changes
Key Skills Set:
  • Outstanding communication skills - written and verbal
  • Excellent client/customer service and phone skills
  • Strong analytical and MS Excel skills
  • Familiarization with major social media platforms (Facebook, Google+, Twitter)
  • Follow-through skills
  • Organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision within a team environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
  • Positive attitude and drive to win
Required Skills:
  • BA from an accredited college or university, with an emphasis in Marketing or Business
  • 2 years experience in client/customer service
