Milestone is looking for a Website and CMS Solution Architect who has the vision, experience, and passion to scale our SEO first CMS & website solutions.

Must Have  

 

  1. End to end management experience of large-scale global web application projects across different domains (Automotive, Healthcare, Finance, Hospitality etc.)  

  1. Extensive experience working on integration including various API, Opensource platforms, various UI kit frameworks.  

  1. Solid understanding of front-end technologies and key components of web architecture and integrations 

  1. Solution/Subject Matter expert using Adobe Experience Manager, SiteCore, Drupal, WordPress.   

  1. Confident communication/ active listener with top tier skills in “telling the story” and facilitating conversation 

  1. Excellent experience of translating customer requirements in clear scope definition and ability to understand cost & timeline implications of the projects 

  1. Thought leadership and public engagement and evangelism skills 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Develop and Deploy Large Website Solutions – Works closely with various team to pull together robust solution for large website architecture and deployment  

  • Roadmap (Milestone CMS) – Contribute in creating /communicating Milestone CMS Roadmap.   

  • Training and Coaching – Work closely with product and professional service team and coach internal and external teams on website /CMS solutions 

  • Customer Demo and Sales Pitch – Work closely with sales team to demo Milestone CMS and web solution 

  • New Vertical – Work with cross functional product, engineering and design, content team to develop website must have for various verticals.   

 

Education /Experience  

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or similar field and Master of Science or Business Administration degrees preferred 

  • 7+ years of work experience on CMS and Website Solutions.   

  • Knowledge of working with HTML/CSS/AJAX/JavaScript/JQuery/Restful API etc.   

  • Experience working with server technologies including Apache, ISS, Node.js, Nginx.  

  • Significant knowledge in Azure (or similar cloud hosting) & CDN will be an advantage  

  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, Cosmos, Mongo DB 

  • Knowledge of application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design 

  • Significant knowledge of UI/UX best practices and processes
