Job Summary: Our Customer Success manager manages a portfolio of strategic hotel brands to improve their digital presence. Developing strategy both pre-launch and post Site launch to drive ROI for our clients.
 
Responsibilities:
  •          Work directly with clients to create and refine their online marketing strategy.
  •          Analyze and communicate marketing performance to clients – both verbally and in writing
  •          Be able to research/implement online strategy for clients and communicate that to internal teams and clients directly
  •          Monitor and ensure each account within your assigned portfolio is managed efficiently/effectively to continue to deliver high ROI
  •          Lead website performance review and suggest marketing opportunities to increase conversion
  •          Keep current on the latest trends in the search marketing industry
 Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/MBA 
  • Experience in e-Commerce/digital marketing
  • 3+ years of Customer service and Account management
  • Experience working in the Internet marketing field, preferably within the travel vertical or Hotel Industry
  • Experience of working with several areas of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) including: search engine optimization (SEO), keyword analysis (KWR), pay per-click campaigns (PPC),
  • Social media marketing, email marketing and etc.

  •          Strong time management, project management, and problem solving skills
  •          Excellent verbal /written communication and presentation skills
  •          Ability to manage a team and delegate responsibilities
  •          Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities
