You will have the ability to work with unique platforms and cutting-edge technologies. Milestone is looking for a senior Sales Engineer for our Digital Marketing Solutions. This position is responsible for providing technical support to Milestone’s sales team in its sale of the full portfolio of Milestone digital marketing solutions across multiple industries, including hotel, restaurant, retail, and financial services. Solutions include a full range of both proprietary digital marketing software platforms and digital marketing agency services. The position will support sales team members in customer facing situations of all types and will assist in architecting custom marketing solutions for existing and prospective customers worldwide. The position is an individual contributor role and is based in Santa Clara, CA.

 

Job Description

  • Develop a detailed understanding of the company’s portfolio of software and digital marketing agency solutions at a technical level
  • Support the sales team to present Milestone products and technology to customers and win deals
  • Be the main technical point of contact for new prospects
  • Presenting Milestone technology and products to customers
  • Develop and architect customized product solutions for strategic customers who require them.
  • Be the liaison between customers and product managers and technical teams during the sales process
  • Be the point of contact for technical sections of RFPs and RFIs. Develop responses to the technical portions of the RFPs in conjunction with product and technical teams.
  • Assist with audits of customer websites and SEO/Paid status
