Job Responsibilities

  • Manage client social media campaigns in all aspects from content creation to promotion

  • Present social marketing strategies to current and prospective clients

  • Monitor performance and analyze social media success through regular ROI reports; formulate strategies to build on strengths and overcome weaknesses

  • Set and track progress on SMART goals defined for social media efforts

  • Identify opportunities, trends, and networking prospects for clients across various social media channels

  • Connect with clients on a regular basis to answer questions, apply strategies and review social media campaign performance

  • Work with and train other colleagues to develop social media editorial calendars

  • Stay up-to-date and engaged with latest trends in the social media industry

  • Work closely in teams to develop robust internet marketing strategies with SEO and PPC colleagues

Requirements

  • BA or BS from accredited college or university in marketing, business, communications, or similar field

  • 2+ years of agency marketing experience (preferred in social media marketing and/or internet marketing)

  • 1 to 2 years customer service, account management or hotel marketing experience

  • Knowledge of and experience in social media marketing (SMM) including : blogging, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Flickr, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and more

  • Knowledge of SEM, search engine optimization (SEO), keyword analysis, etc.

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc) is a plus

  • Strong understanding of user-generated content management, content marketing, and semantic search is a plus

The qualified candidate will be responsible for managing client social media accounts, leading strategy calls, creating client performance reports, organizing and implementing social media strategies in conjunction with other team members, innovating social media products and creating case studies, among additional tasks.
